Refund Policy

Shipping Duration

Shipping times vary depending on the brand and product. The estimated shipping duration is clearly mentioned on each product page. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order within 5 days of placing it.
  • After 5 days, or once a tracking number has been issued (which is typically provided within 5 days), the order cannot be canceled. Customers must wait to receive the product and may then file for a return if eligible.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 65 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Certain items may be non-returnable, such as customized or perishable goods. Please check the product page for specific details.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer would be provided a shipping label although if that failing to do that customer would have to mail to a different address.
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided to assist with the return process, and the label cost will not be deducted from the refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted from the refund.”

Refunds

  • Refund requests are valid only until a tracking number has been provided, typically within 5 days of placing the order. Once the tracking number is shared, refunds for shipped orders are no longer applicable.
  • Refunds are processed only once the returned product is:
    1. Shipped back to us by the customer.
    2. Received and inspected to confirm it meets eligibility criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges and any non-refundable fees will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos and detailed proof of the damage or defect.

  • Refunds or replacements are only guaranteed if the proof provided by the customer is deemed sufficient and accepted by both us and our vendors.
  • Once the proof is reviewed and approved, we will assist with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Orders are fulfilled based on product availability and brand-specific shipping times, as noted on the product page.
  • Delays due to shipping carriers or customs (if applicable) are beyond our control.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

  • Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in delays in resolving the issue. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and fairly.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure all order details, such as shipping address and product selection, are accurate at the time of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are borne by the customer.

Non-Delivery Claims

  • If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, we may require additional information or evidence before proceeding with any resolutions.
