Delivery Issues

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an item is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local postal service or carrier for assistance.

• Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Non-Delivery Claims: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date at support@stembulbs.com. We may require a signed affidavit or additional documentation to proceed with any resolution.

Delayed or Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to inventory location, vendor policies, or warehouse logistics. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you’ll be notified accordingly.

Delays due to courier backlogs, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. While we do our best to support you through such delays, we cannot guarantee delivery dates during high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays).
