Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, refunds are issued more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the processing time (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to complete the refund (5–10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders—no extra charges at checkout, regardless of weight, size, or destination.

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days depending on your location.

We also ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders will vary based on your destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier restrictions.
